1. Are you factory or trading company ?

CandidTech: We are a automotive camera factory with 150+ experienced workers, and covering more than 12000 square meters in Panyu Distinct, Guangzhou, China. 

2. What's do you sale ?

CandidTech: We dedicated ourselvesto the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of automotive safety electronic imaging products,Our current product lines cover vehicle cameras for different applications,including rear view, front view, side view and around view, Car DVR, 360 Vision System ,DMS/OMS Camera, Interior E-MIrror, E-Side Camera Mirror System,ADAS  products and the like.

3. What's the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) ?

CandidTech: Our In-vehicle camera series product minimum order quantity is only 50 pieces. We accept large orders. The more quantity, the cheaper the price.

4. What is the capacity of your factory?

CandidTech: The current capacity of our factory is 5000 pieces automotive camera per day. Among them, the monthly supply of Volkswagen's dedicated driving recorders reaches 16000 units.

5. How do you ensure the quality of the forged wheels?

CandidTech: We offer high quality vehicle camera series product.

1)HighQualityGuarantee: OE Quality, obtained IATF16949 quality management system and Europe E-mark certification, Professional CNAS Level laboratory

2)Rich experiences workers: Most of our workers have rich experience for 10 years.

3)Strick QC: During the producing,our quality control department will take inspection frequently. And you also welcome to come to check it.

6. How About The After-Sales Service ?

CandidTech: We offer thoughtful after-sales service.
1) 3-year warranty for the product.
2) 24-hour intimate after-sales service.

7. Can you do the design for us?

CandidTech: Yes. We have aexperienced software, hardware development, and product design engineering team. Just tell us what you want, and send picture and detailed parameter to us. And we will do an excellent design and share a best price for you.

8. What are your cooperative partner?

CandidTech: We has proudly supplied major automotive manufacturers, such as FAW-Volkswagen, Toyota, Nissan, GAC, Geely,etc.. Our partners are from the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, Chinese Mainland, Taiwan, etc.

9.What's the payments terms?
