Quality Requirements
1. Environmental Adaptability
a. Temperature Resistance: The working temperature range generally reach - 40°C to 85°C, and it is able to work normally in high and low temperature environments, with a wider storage temperature range of - 45°C to 95°C.
b. Vibration Resistance:Pass vibration tests in accordance with relevant standards such as ISO 16750, IEC 60068, and GB/T 2423, to ensure that internal components are not loose or damaged in the vibration environment during vehicle driving.
2. Electromagnetic Compatibility
a.Testing Standards:Pass electromagnetic compatibility tests, including radiated immunity test and conducted immunity test, and comply with relevant standards such as FCC and CISPR, to ensure that it will not interfere with other electronic devices in the complex electromagnetic environment in the vehicle, nor be interfered by other devices.
3. Reliability
a. MTBF: The mean time between failures (MTBF) of the product reach a certain standard, such as thousands of hours or more, to ensure long - term stable operation.
b. Components: High - quality key components such as lenses, image sensors, and storage chips should be used to ensure reliable product quality.

a. Loop Recording: Support loop recording. When the storage space of the memory card is insufficient, it can automatically overwrite the earliest video clips.
Function Requirements
1. Video Recording
a. Resolution: At least 1080p resolution is required to clearly record details such as license plates and road signs during driving. Some high - end products are expected to reach 2K or 4K resolution.
b.Frame Rate: It should support high frame rate recording, such as 1080p@30fps or higher, to ensure video smoothness.
1. Night Vision
a.Technology: It should adopt infrared night vision technology or low - light technology, and be equipped with high - quality sensors to clearly capture road conditions, license plates and other important information in low - light environments.
2. Wide - Angle Shooting
a.Angle: It should be equipped with a wide - angle lens of 120° - 140° to cover a large area in front of and on both sides of the vehicle, reducing blind spots.
3. G - Sensor
a.Function: It should be equipped with a built - in G - sensor. When the vehicle experiences severe vibrations such as collisions or sudden braking, it can automatically lock and save the current video clip to prevent it from being overwritten by loop recording.

360 Degree Around View Monitor System (360 AVM System)
Driver always meet these problems: when driving through a narrow path, it is hard to estimate the safe range for passing through; when parking, the visual scope form the vehicle mirrors are very limited, even the car with build-in rear view camera, there is still blind spot with the rear view image; when reversing, some small and low obstacles are hard to be seen through rear view mirror, or detected by car radar...
The 360 Degree Around View Monitor System(360 AVM System) will help to solve these problems. Through the 360 AVM system, driver can view the situation around the vehicle in 360 degree, to avoid collision happen.
360 Degree Around View Monitor System(360 AVM System) is consisted of one Electronic Control Unit(ECU) and four cameras. The ECU will process the images which captured by the four cameras and then output to the car display screen.

2) Different Direction Image Display
The system can display images from different direction.
3) 3D Around View Display
l Display the 3D around view of front, rear, left and right.
l View shifts according to gear shifts, speed change, driver's operation, turn signals etc.
l View can be rotated in 360°around the car.
l The car model in the video will change direction according to the actual drive.
4) View Shifts
The system will shift different view according to turn signals, gear shifts or the AVM button on center control of the car.
5) Static Assisted Line or Dynamic Assisted Line for Parking
When driver shifts the gear to "R", the system will display 2D around view and rear view. In the mean time, the static assisted line or dynamic assisted line will show up to assist driver for parking or reversing.
Besides the basic function, the 360 AVM System can be implement to more ADAS drive assistances, including:
1) Full-terrain Perspective Under the Car (CandidTech Exclusive Patents)
This function can show the full-terrain, to help driver to avoid the large pits and stones in advance when off-road driving.
2) Wide-angle View
The System can display wide-angle view in tripartite picture, the horizon view is closed to 200°.
3) Ultrasonic Radar Distance Warning
The AVM system is not included radar, vehicle must be equipped with radar to achieve this function. Or we could after load the radar as per customer's demand.
4) DVR Function
The AVM system can storage the videos from the 4 cameras and output to a 4 in 1 image for DVR function.
Supported storage card: TF card, FAT32 format, maximum 32GB.
Moving Object Detection(MOD)
When parking or car starting, through image recognition technology, the 360 SVM system can detect the moving object around the car and warn the driver to adjust driving behavior.
Lane Departure Warning System(LDWS)
When the vehicle speed is faster than 50km/h(speed customizable), the AVM system will identify the standard lane line according to its 2D around view.
If the driver is deviating from the original lane unconsciously(without using the turn signal), the system can give an alert on 0.5 seconds before the departure of the lane, to remind the driver for the lane departure situation of the vehicle, providing more response time for the driver, greatly reducing the collision caused by lane departure.
Remarks: All the above functions can be freely selected, the system function support customization.
Rear View Camera Display System(RVC)
When the car is reversing, the visual scope from the tranditional rear view mirror is very limited. If there is little child, squat adult or short obstacle at the rear of the car but the driver does not notice, it will be easy to cause accident or injury.
RVC sytem is a solution for reducing these situations. It will help to enlarge the driver's rear visual scope, and the driver would complete the reversing safer and easier.
What is RVC?
The rear view camera display system (RVC) is one of the driver assistance system. It through the camera which installed on the rear of vehicle, to convert the rear view into electrical signals, and transmit to real-time video on the car display screen, to assist driver for reversing or parking.
How does RVC work?
When driver shifts to gear "R", the rear view camera will transmit the video signals to the car DVD, and the screen will show the real-time video of rear view. The driver could complete the reversing or parking according to the actual situation.
Driver is able to estimate the distance between bumper and rear obstacles through the assisted lines in the rear view video, and take action in time to avoid accident.
